1. About Us

Artemisia Organics is part of Artemisia Legacy, a not-for-profit initiative based in Australia, dedicated to creating a healthier and more sustainable future for all.

2. Products

We take care to provide accurate descriptions and images. As our garments are made from natural, ethically sourced fabrics, slight variations in colour and texture may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience, but the final payment will be charged in AUD.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been accepted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays once an order has shipped.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Due to hygiene reasons, intimate items (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other factors outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Artemisia Organics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
